Connect breath to movement and space to reflect on year thus far. Fall rituals and sound bath offered. <3

Class Overview & Logistics
2.5 hour experience will include space to check in, move together, explore ritual and several reflection prompts, and a sound bath.Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you would like to support your practice. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
